High Performance Shotgun Training (HPST) was formed to provide instruction to new, youth, and women shooters with the intention to grow and preserve the sport for future generations.

We welcome shooters that would like to begin shooting by removing the intimidation factor of shooting in public while starting off with the correct basics.

We encourage youth and women to try the sport because they can compete successfully with men.

We provide instruction for:

• Trap
• Skeet
• 5-Stand/Compak
• Sporting Clays
• FITASC
• Wing Shooting

Training sessions can be scheduled at Seattle Skeet and Trap in Ravensdale, WA or Sumner Sportsmen's Assoc.
